*Business days refer to weekdays (Monday - Friday). Our local post office does not process orders over the weekend*
When we say "processing," we are referring to the timeframe where your order is being picked and packaged by us. "Shipped" means that your label has been created and that your order has been dropped off. At this point, you will receive an email with all of your necessary tracking information so you can follow your order through its journey. Please note that once we drop off orders, it is then up to the post office to scan packages.
Most orders are processed on the same business day if they are placed before noon PST. Orders placed after noon PST may still be processed on the same business day, but they will ship out the next business day. Regardless, most orders (with some exceptions) are processed in less than 24 business hours.
We drop off packages once a day at our local post office before the daily cutoff. If your order was placed before noon PST, your order will be processed and shipped out on the same business day (excluding exceptions).
If your order hasn't been processed and shipped out in over 24 business hours, it may be due to several reasons:
Our fraud detection system
Out-of-stock items
Incorrect address

Currently, we offer three shipping options: Free Shipping, Ground Advantage, and Priority Mail.
Free Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days after shipping
Ground Advantage can take anywhere from 3-5 business days after shipping
Priority Mail can take anywhere from 2-4 business days after shipping
We cannot always give an exact estimate on shipping times because many factors go into shipping: processing times, weather, location, etc.
If your package has shipped but hasn't arrived by the latest promised delivery date (not including exceptions from the carrier), don't hesitate to submit a ticket with us, and we'll make things right!
