We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of receiving your order.
Your order is eligible for a refund or replacement if you fall under these categories:
Your item(s) came damaged
Your item(s) are missing
You got the wrong item(s) in your order

If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, submit a ticket or email us so one of our customer care specialists can make things right.

Refund/replacement options
Once we have approved your order for a refund or replacement, our team will offer a few options for you to choose from:
Refund your item(s) to your original payment method
Refund your item(s) + $5 to your rewards account
Send you a replacement with standard shipping at no extra cost
Exceptions
We will not refund or replace orders with incorrectly inputted addresses. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you reach out to us before your order is shipped, however, we may be able to make changes to your address.
You may not return ingestible items. This includes, but is not limited to, tinctures, edibles, and drinks.
